Is your equipment PAT tested?
​All our equipment is tested and certified. You can download the current certificate/log here
Do you have public liability insurance (PL)?
We have in place PL insurance to the value of ten million pounds. You can download the current certificate here
Do you have a Risk Assessment and Method Statement?
We have a generic document that covers 99% of the work we do. If you need a site/event specific one, this will likely require a site visit and incur additional fees
Do you have a radio frequency license?
We have a permanent Channel 38 license from Ofcom. If you require more frequencies, temporary licences can be applied for per event, at additional cost
What are your electricity requirements?
Most of the time we will be able to use the 13Amp sockets in the venue. In a marquee, we will we need an RCD-protected single phase 32Amp supply for our exclusive use - no lights, dimmers, fridges, ovens or kettles can share the supply
